| Our Mottors F | |||||||
| gCloser-to-natural deliveryh and@gNatural child-rearingh are our mottos . We recommend that expectant mothers be more careful about their food - the source of health - and encourage them to be ready for delivery with the best conditions mentally and physically . A closer-to-natural delivery will lead an expectant mother toward gbreast-feedingh her infant . Maternal feeding will result not only in perfect nutrition , but also in a strong mental bond between the newborn infant and the mother . This means the encouragement of maternal instinct and natural child-rearing . We hope to watch a new relationship between the parent and child as long as possible . | |||||||

| Since we run a clinic , we can not
treat high risk cases . We use a gSophrologieh
delivery method . A delivery is a cooperative
effort between mother and infant . The pains
of childbirth is the most important phenomena
to give a birth to a new life . To accept
the pains as a delight to inspire a new life
into her baby is a characteristic of natural
birth by Sophrologie type delivery . For
a closer-to-natural delivery , image
training is a must . We also place great
importance on gMother classesh whichgive
correct knowledge of breast-feeding in child-rearing
, and proper care breast and nipple
. The class is taught eight times a month
to encourage as many mothers as possible
to join . For easier delivery , we also provide
a gBreathing classh and a gYoga classh
. We all do our best - from the starting
stage of the labor pains through the
end of the natural delivery , midwives will
sit close to a pregnant woman to help her
with her labor in a natural way . The rate
of Caesarian section is 3-4 % , including
1-2 % emergency surgery . Over 90 % of our
deliveries are natural , with a mere 6.2
% of induction labor . We recommend that
families be present during delivery , to
watch and celebrate the birth of a
new life . |

| Child-rearing by breast-feeding F | |||||||
| In case of a normal childbirth , the mother can her just-born infant in her arms to start creating a bond between mother and infant through physical contact . A mother will gaze at and gently touch the infant soon after birth . This will stimulate the pituitary gland of the mother , resulting in the increase of secretions ( such as prolactine or oxytocin ) , and in a surge of maternal instinct as well . To help the mother make a smooth transition to a new life ( rooming-in-allow with infants to remain together 24 hours a day ) , it is the intention of our staff not to interfere with the physical contact between a mother and her infant just after the birth . We think this is the most important key . In other words , the frequency of breast-feeding will affect the child-rearing that follows . In our clinic , we have been successful in increasing the breast-feeding rate up 9.2 times in 24 hours after the delivery . This resulted in a decrease in infant's weight loss , and it reduced the rate of jaundice needing treatment to 3.3 % - a very low rate . During the days in the clinic foods are carefully controlled in order to increase the amount of breast milk , and the mother's breasts are massaged regularly . After leaving the clinic , outpatients are welcomed at any time for breast care . The gPhone visith is also a part of the after care , for the acquisition of breast-feeding knowledge . We have also built a network of midwives in local clinics , so as to support individual new mothers in feeding their infants with breast milk as long as possible . gAn unique nutrition classh is held once a month , concerning the proper foods for babies , children , and milk production . A monthly gChild-rearing with breast feeding h@circle@is another way we support perinatal mothers . Our staff hopes to@promote the idea gMake breast -feeding to establish a wonderful relationship between mother and infant by fostering motherhoodh . | |||||||
